Mark Ashdown has expanded his experience in more recent times as a result of his involvement in financing a variety of projects, ie:

  • Flora Castles – a $17M mixed use development in North Beach due for completion in late 2009;
  • A 34 lot land subdivision of $5.5M in Balcatta.  This project was completed in 2008;
  • A 10 lot industrial strata development of $3.5M in Clarkson.  This project was completed in January 2009.
