- Most lenders will assess the loan within 72 hours;
- If an independent valuation is required, the valuer may need to contact you for inspection details;
- We will inform you when your loan is approved;
- A formal Loan Contract and mortgage documents are prepared, usually being ready to sign within 2 weeks to approval;
- We will assist you in your execution of these documents and insure they are promptly sent back to the lender;
- The lender and/or settlement agent then arrange your settlement date; and
- We will advise you once your loan has settled.
